We recognise that no single provider can meet the diverse needs of every customer!

Instead, we provide high-quality standardised services out-of-the-box, but also integrate with a range of industry-leading specialist providers.

This allows your application(s), to integrate with a single endpoint for B2C communication, allowing for seamless switching between providers and mechanisms of delivery.

  • API Endpoint, allowing you to focus on delivering your customer's needs, while we worry about the rest
  • Dashboard showing the status of all Contact attempts
  • Threat intelligence capabilities, showing you any at-risk customers, or threats to your estate

  • Fully customisable API endpoint for your Contact traffic, and then route the traffic through to your customer
  • Many of our customers have had poor experiences with exiting incumbent providers, so we provide a "like-for-like" service, where we will replicate any API requests or responses that are currently provided

We are conscious that many of our customers have existing providers, or requirements for existing providers, take the following use cases

UK Government customers

UK Government Customers are eligible for GovUK Notify, a subsidised SMS service from GDS, in which case we would recommend the following setup:

  • Deliver SMS to UK contacts using GovUK Notify for mobile phones
  • Utilise Voice Calls for UK National numbers
  • Use our high-security blended routes for International Routes

Our custom UKGov service allows for this blended approach automatically, requiring no programming from your side. Simply send an API request, and we will deliver your message to your customer in the most secure and appropriate manner.

US Government customers
Your data will be within the US Government Azure presence, however we will need to supply you with several documents to assure your Senate representative, please contact usgov@lowerrocklabs.com for this information

Public Platform

The core Contact Platform is designed to ensure data privacy, while feeding back delivery statuses as they occur. The message, and your customer's information is never made available to other customers, but your messages transit our core platforms

Our public platform is primarily based in the following regions:

  • Azure (UK South)
  • Azure (US East Coast)
In the event of Azure service failure, we have failover agreements in place with Amazon and Google, guaranteeing that message delivery will succeed.

Private Platform

For our Government, Military or regulated customers, we offer a private platform for Contact.

This is presently available in the following environments:

  • Azure (UK South)
  • Azure (US East Coast)
  • Azure (US Gov)
  • Azure (Australia)
  • Azure (UAE North)

In this setting, the entire infrastructure for Contact is private, secure and dedicated to you, fully scalable for volume, or on-demand (Azure Gov/Public only)
